The Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall 100 is a scaled down version of the spam firewall 200. It is fanless so that noise is not an issue for small offices. It is limited to a max of 50 users. The Energize Update and Instant Replacement can be purchased in 6 month increments.

Instant Replacement Service:
With an Instant Replacement subscription you will be provided next day shipping of replacement hardware. If your Barracuda product fails, a replacement unit will be shipped within 1 business day so that you can get back up and running.
The CudaMail MX Record Backup Service
The CudaMail MX Record Backup Service is designed for organizations fitting the following two categories:
- Organizations purchasing, or currently running a Barracuda Spam Firewall who would like redundancy in case of a hardware failure.
- Organizations needing a mail-bagging service if their mail server goes down or the primary MX records are unreachable.
When your primary MX record fails the sending mail server will attempt to send the mail to your secondary MX record. If your secondary MX record is the same as your primary MX record, no email will flow through to your mail server.
Geographically Redundant
By setting your secondary MX records to point to the CudaMail servers, if your Barracuda Spam Firewall fails our Spam Firewall will continue to deliver cleaned email to your organization. This redundancy will help to ensure the continuation of your spam-blocking service. In addition, we have a Geographically Redundant filter across the city for extra protection and continued service. That makes your protection "doubly redundant".
